This Privacy Policy explains how KN Strategic Marketing ("I," "me") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit this website or book a strategy call.
When you book a strategy call through Calendly, I collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and any details you share about your business.
When you browse this site, I collect anonymous, aggregated analytics (page views, general location by country, device type) through Plausible Analytics. I also use Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors interact with this site — including mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling — and to generate heatmaps, so I can see which parts of the site are working and which aren't. Clarity uses cookies to do this. This site does not sell your data or use it to track you across other, unrelated websites.
I use the information you provide to prepare for and follow up on strategy calls, and to respond to any inquiries you send. I use analytics and session data only to understand how visitors use this site and to improve it. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
This site uses Calendly for scheduling, Plausible Analytics for traffic data, and Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies, linked above.
